DITABIS operates its own production site in Pforzheim. In addition to the manufacture of prototypes and pre-series units, the production of series devices also takes place here. Apart from devices developed by DITABIS, contracts for manufacturing devices and assemblies that already exist, can be carried out here. Our sales team look forward to your requests!
Through a close contact to our development team we guarantee a smooth transition from pre-series to large quantities. Effective change management, coupled with short distances, allow us to adapt quickly and individually to new requirements.

Prototypes | Pre-Series
Due to our internal rapid prototyping department, we are able to produce prototypes and small series with a high level of detail and functionality.
Series Production
The intensive connection to our development department, ensures a smooth start of series production. Even with devices that were not developed by DITABIS, a lag-free start of production is guaranteed in close coordination with the customer. Currently DITABIS is able to deliver up to 10,000 units of a device per year, depending on size and complexity. Additionally, we have a network of partners to handle even very large orders.

During product development, we also pay attention to component availability. With our worldwide, ERP-supported procurement of components and production parts, we guarantee a smooth manufacture and assembly.
Professional storage of parts and finished equipment, as well as ensuring minimum stock levels to maintain production are part of the overall package.
